For the first exercise, you have push-up jumps. All you need to do is to stand up straight with your feet apart. In a quick manner, drop into a push-up position. Push-up and bring both your legs back and under you as if squatting, then shoot up. Do this in quick successions and in as many repetitions you like. Remember to bend your knees and jump as high as you can with every leap for maximum results.
The next plyometric exercise is called drop-jump. Find a box two feet tall or much higher than that if you like. Stand straight on the edge or tip of the box with your feet close together, then step off. As you land on the ground, bend your knees slightly. Hold that position for a few seconds, hop back onto the box and repeat the process. Again, you can do this for as many reps as you want.
Lastly, you have deep lunges. You will need a huge space to do this exercise. You will also feel sore the next day after doing this exercise, but so what, no pain no gain right? Get into a lunging position, then using your leg muscles, push off and leap forward. Remember to keep both of your feet close together as you jump and land.
