Across the state there are literally thousands of folks who enjoy hunting as a recreational sport. One of my all time favorite hunting games is one called duck hunt.  This games was created for the Nintendo NES game console and was released in 1984. The games was also released as an arcade game in the same year. Duck Hunt is actually one fo the two games that came when you purchased and NES  game console.

What was very cool about Duck Hunt was the use of the Nintendo Zapper Light Gun. This is a plastic gun that used some form of infra-red signal and interact with the television screen and allowed you to take aim and shoot at the ducks. The game itself is very easy to play and basically has three modes of playing. A one duck mode.  a two duck mode and a clay pigeon mode. The clay pigeon mode is a little more difficult to play as the pigeon sprites are smaller and a bit faster. It requires a little bit of a faster reaction to shoot them down.

While playing you are accompanied by a dog that even to this day remains nameless. The dog at the beginner of every level flushes the the duck out of the grassy areas. The dog will then either retrieve ducks that you have shot down or laugh at you if you miss them.

In conclusion playing hunting games can be a lot of fun and there are plenty of them that you can find online.

The idea of snake protection is nothing new.  In cultures that have been threatened by extremely venomous snakes, the idea of going out of your way to protect yourself is not far fetched.  Over 10,000 people a year still die from snake bites in India, while Africa sees well over 30,000 deaths a year.  These are extreme examples, as in the United States only about 8 people a year die from snake bites.

This is due to a combination of things.  Excellent and readily available health care for one, as well as far less venomous snakes.  Cottonmouths or a giant Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake can be very bad news, but they’re nowhere near a black mamba or cobra.  Still, another reason that many people avoid hospital stays is because people in high risk areas go in with snake protection.
