Hemorrhoids are a very common occurrence, so if you have been diagnosed with them, don’t waste time being embarrassed or overly worried because you’ll be only one of thousands of people who suffer from hemroids. They are caused by a variety of factors which include constipation which causes staining when having a bowel movement and genetics. Some people just have a genetic propensity to have weakened anal veins which are more susceptible to hemorrhoids. If you have recently given birth, you may also end up with hemorrhoids as it is very common during pregnancy and immediately after giving birth. Pregnancy obviously puts a huge strain on the body and during the birthing process; a lot of strain is put on the anal cavity. There are lots of over the counter hemroid treatment solutions available but if you have a more severe case, surgery may be required.
