Complete Kitchen remodel

June 20, 2009

Selling your home or considering selling your home? If you can afford to redo your kitchen prior to selling your home you may receive a  5-10% return on  the sale of your home. The return would of course be calculated after taking out the cost of the kitchen remodel investment. This is not a small task though and can be expensive. This is also the second largest impact on what you can do for your next to a bathroom remodel job

A complete kitchen remodel can run anywhere from15-40 thousand dollars depending on the quality of materials and people you  hire to redo your kitchen. This takes into account that you are willing to gut and redo the entire kitchen. The quality of the replacement should also be considered when deciding what to replace your appliances with…meaning, do you want brand new appliance to help  establish  the “new” look and feel of  your kitchen remodel do you also want granite counter tops and other in style amenities?
