Natural Nutrition and Weight Loss

What has natural nutrition and weight loss got in common? My answer to that is that not eating naturally, not practicing natural health nutrition is what leads to unnatural weight gain in the first place.  If people are going out there and stuffing their faces with junk food, burgers and chips, pizza’s, frozen foods, all sorts of man-made trash, then there should be no surprise that obesity is the result.

Natural nutrition is giving your body everything that it needs to survive. When you eat natural foods your body automatically stops you from wanting any more food because it has had received all its nutritional needs. If you eat junk food your body is still wondering where the vitamins and minerals are so it is crying out for more food, hence you get fat.
