Most people don’t think about getting spiral staircase kits to do installation in their home. Truth be told, they really don’t make a very good first choice whenever it comes to your main staircase. This is because it is difficult to move things up and down them such as laundry and groceries. In fact it is actually a law in many places that these staircases are not allowed to be your main staircase because it can also pose a safety hazard in times of an emergency. Of course you could always decide to have a double helix spiral staircase installed and these tend to do much better as a main staircase but the only problem with them is that they also take up a lot more space. All though they may not be very practical, spiral staircases are very beautiful and would make a lovely addition to any large home.
